The novel takes place in a different world and a different solar system, focusing on a group of students from diverse social backgrounds across the Quatra solar system. They join the Quatra Fleet Academy, whose primary mission is to create a generation of officers to confront a mysterious enemy, known as "The Ghosts," in a decades-long war. Through the pages of the novel, we meet four students: Vesper, Cormac, Aran, and Aurelia. Despite their differences, they are united by friendship and love. Their lives take many turns until they reach the moment of confrontation with the fierce and mysterious enemy, and a great secret is revealed, plunging the friends into a difficult situation.
